House Rules

1. Check-In: 12 pm noon onwards.
   Early Check-In Charges:
   

   9 am to 12 pm	:	33%
   6 am to 9 am	:	67%
   before 6 am	:	100%
   (subject to availability)

   Check-Out: till 11 am.
   Late Check-Out Charges:
   

   11 am to 2 pm	:	33%
   2 pm to 5 pm	:	67%
   5 pm onwards	:	100%
   (subject to availability)

2. Food: There are a variety of Famous and Reasonably Priced Restaurants, Cafes and Pubs at walking distance from the property; also food may be ordered using Zomato / Swiggy, etc.
   Self Service Shared Vegetarian Kitchenette (as per Photos) is available 24 hrs. for preparing Tea, Coffee, warming food and preparing single pot meals (Rice, Daliya, Maggi, etc.). Raw Material Not Provided, Grocery Store is nearby. Roti-Sabji cannot be cooked.
   We do not provide any food / meals / raw material.
3. Parking at Owner's Risk: Free Open Parking is available on road along with property boundry (upto 10 Cars). Driver accomodation is not provided, however, toilet is provided.
4. For all persons, Govt. issued photo + address ID card is compulsory to be given at check-in.
5. One child upto 6 years stays free in each room. All others are charged at full as above.
6. All persons (incl. visitors) entering the room are Chargeable and Charges are invoiced on per head basis.
7. Cancellation / No-Show / Change Policy : Non-Refundable, Non-Shiftable & Non-Tranferable.
8. Not Allowed : Local ID Unmarried Couples, Pets, Non-Paying Visitors, disturbing other guests, Narcotics (Ganja, etc.) and Nudity (incl. roaming in undergarments) : immediate check-out & No Refund on violation.
9. Room remains same, only Main Power Supply for AC / Geyser is kept On / Off as per option chosen.
10. In addition to existing beds in room, floor mattress will be provided. Linen will be coloured-printed.
11. Fabric Dohar (Double Layered Top Sheet) is provided normally; Rajai (Woollen Quilts) is provided only in winter season. Any kind of heater / heating device is not provided / not allowed inside the room.
12. Towel, Bathing Soap and Shampoo are provided on demand.
13. Room Sizes are subject to availability. Rooms are provided on Ground Floor of the Villa. Guest can walk in Garden. Owner Family lives in remaining private portion, Terrace is not accessible. No Swimming Pool.
14. Any damage to our property or goods will be charged at double of replacement cost. But we will not be responsible, in any case whatsoever, for loss of guests' belongings, injury/insult to or crime with guest or visitor.
15. Booking Request shall be considered confirmed only after when we send confirmation message after we receive amount.
16. All rights are always reserved with management.

In addition to above and Refund Policy and Terms Of Use and Privacy Policy are also agreed upon by you / guest / customer / supplier.
